Digital Goods
All sales of digital cards are final. Once a digital card code has been delivered or redeemed, we cannot offer a refund or exchange. We encourage you to double-check your order before completing the purchase.
Physical Goods
For physical card shipments, you may request a refund under the following conditions:
- The item must be returned within 14 days of receipt.
- The item must be in its original, unopened packaging.
- You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact our support team within 7 days of receiving your order. We will work with you to arrange a replacement or a full refund, including any shipping costs incurred.
To initiate a return for a damaged item, please provide photographic evidence of the damage and your order number.
